Authorization for Use of Contest Entry                                

By submitting the entry below, hereby authorize the use of the entry which I have submitted to the Jews for Judaism Creative Writing Contest for any publication or any other material prepared by or on behalf of the contest sponsors, at any time and for any purpose related to this contest or any other contest or educational program related to Jews for Judaism. I further agree that I will receive no compensation for the use of my entry. Jews for Judaism will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen submissions.

I understand, in agreeing to the above, that the contest sponsors are making no guarantee that my entry will be used for any of the above purposes and there is no obligation on them to do so.
